Programme Objective
ICRI Clinical Research Program
This Clinical Research Programmestarts around the month of July- August every year at Dehradun and Hyderabad and comprises a Foundation Year study Programmeundertaken in India by ICRI followed by the MS in Clinical Research(MSCR) course awarded by Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC).
Foundation Course – 1st year
MS in Clinical Research – 2nd year
Modules
Modules structured to provide the scientific, technological, managerial, ethical and commercial aspects of clinical research.
Modules are assessed via a variety of methods including essays, practical work, group projects and written examinations.
Dissertation
The dissertation forms an important part of the course curriculum which enables the student to test the principles learned in theory in real world and to understand the concepts by practically applying the concepts. Dissertation also forms an integral part of the curriculum and the student will be mentored and guided appropriately during the process.
Besides the structured process mentioned above there will be a volley of activity in the form of Group Discussions, Extracurricular activities, Communication and soft skills training and personality development besides mock interviews and presentations. This helps in all round development of the students and making a thorough professional out of them enabling them to build their professional careers
