NOTE: The India Clinical Research Institute (ICRI) is not accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, and the accreditation of MUSC does not extend to or include ICRI or its students. Although MUSC accepts certain course work from ICRI toward meeting eligibility for admission to the MSCR program, other colleges and universities may or may not accept this work as eligibility to pursue admission into their programs. This decision is made by the institution subsequently considering the possibility of accepting such credits.
Course Objective
The MSCR Global Program is a component of the educational core of the South Carolina Clinical and Translational Research Institute, and is compliant with core competencies recommended by the Association for Clinical Research Training. The objective of this program is to prepare health professionals for research and develop research protocols, with an emphasis placed on practical applications of scientific issues.
