Dr. Babita Agarwal - Vice Principal
Dr. Babita is M. Pharm, Ph.D. in Pharmacy from L. M. College of Pharmacy, Ahmedabad, Gujarat University. She has an experience of working as a Manager - Data Management at a leading CRO in Ahmedabad. She is well versed with all phases of Clinical Studies & Data Management and also has various professional memberships. She has worked in the Formulation & Development Department of a leading pharmaceutical company and has presented various papers and posters at several national and international conferences. She has also published papers in various journals.
Mr. Shantanu Nath - Research Associate
Mr. Shantanu has done B.Pharm from Bangalore and Master's Degree in Clinical Research from Cranfield University and Post Graduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Management from ICRI, U.K. He has got industry experience as officer in the Sales Department in GLENMARK PHARMACEUTICALS.
Dr. Saloni Sharma - Senior Lecturer in Management
Dr. Saloni has done her Masters in Human Development, Post Masters in Counseling Psychology and Masters in Human Resource Management. Dr. Saloni has done her studies in alternative science (Nature Cure, acupressure and yoga), has around five to six years of teaching experience with SNDT and Mumbai University (Mumbai) for under graduate and post graduate students. She also has seven years of experience in corporate training (has given soft skills training at various government, non-government, multinational companies for all levels of employees) and has also worked as a Manager - Training with an MNC.
Dr. Nitin Nageracha - Lecturer
Dr. Nitin is a medical graduate from B J Medical College, Ahmedabad and in a quest to excel in career in Clinical Trials, joined CR industry in 2006. Worked with a leading German CRO with base in India, Progenitor Clinical Research Pvt. Ltd., as well as with India's leading site management organization, Neeman Medical International (Asia) Ltd. He joined ICRI with a passion to impart practical exposure and knowledge to students.
Dr. Neeraj Shanker - Lecturer
MBBS, M.Sc. in Bioinformatics, M.D. in Pharmacology
Dr. Neeraj is an M.D. in Pharmacology from Mamata Medical College, Khammam, Andhra Pradesh, India; M.Sc. in Bioinformatics from Sikkim, Manipal University, India and M.B.B.S. from M.L.N. Medical College, Allahabad, U.P., India. The M.D. thesis was on a clinical research subject ‘Comparative study between Ondansetron and Metochlopramide for the prevention of Post Operative Nausea and Vomiting in surgeries done under General Anesthesia’. Attended various workshops and conferences on Clinical Pharmacology; Basic Techniques in Molecular Biology & Bioinformatics in Pharmacogenomics; Drug Discovery and Development in New Millennium Regulations for Graduate Medical Education, Evidence based Medical Care.
Mrs. Monika Jain - Lecturer

Mrs. Monika is M. Pharm in Pharmachemistry from Sagar University, Sagar. She has experience of working as a Lecturer in Pharmacy College. She has exposure of R&D, Quality Assurance and Quality Control Department in the Pharmaceutical industry. She has presented papers at national conferences and has also published abstract in various conferences.

Dr. O. D. Gulati
Renowned Pharmacologist of Gujarat and National Level, Former Professor & Head of Department of Pharmacology, Dean in Govt. Medical College, Baroda and Dean in P. S. Medical College, Karamsad, Dist. Anand. He has an experience of 53 years in the subject of Pharmacology and various Clinical Research areas. At present he is a Professor Emeritus at NAMC, New Delhi and is a member of Board the Director of Amablal Sarabhai Enterprises, Baroda.
Dr. S. K. Vyas
Mr. S. K. Vyas is a Post Graduate in Pharmacy from the University of Sagar. He was the recipient of a University Gold Medal. He has the experience of more than 16 years in product development at Warner Lambert and Smith Kline and 6 years as General Manager - Manufacturing at Torrent Pharmaceuticals, 6 years as Asst. Director –R&D heading the Development Research Torrent Research Centre. He has been head of Corporate Quality Assurance Dept. at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and was responsible for setting up the plant system to meet international regulatory requirements. He has been a member of various technical committees like, National GLP Technical committee, IDMA committee on Stability studies.
Mrs. Deepali Manadalia
Mrs. Deepali has done her MBA (Marketing), DIBM and results-oriented MBA-level professional with significant and progressive experience of 4.6 years. She has also worked with ICFAI National College, Ahmedabad commencing 2 years full-time MBA program as a Development Officer.
Mrs. Kavita Nainani
Mrs. Nainani has completed an M. Pharm. in Quality Assurance and has got 4 years of industry experience. She has worked with Cadila Pharmaceutical in Regulatory Affairs and with Torrent Research Centre as a Q. A. Scientific in BA – BE Study Centre.

Ms. Sadaf Shah – Lecturer
Ms. Sadaf has completed an MBA in Tourism Management & Service Marketing from Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management. She has teaching experience in FMS Udaipur and was a head trainer for communications at Liquid Edge, Noida. She is also associated with an NGO from last one year.
Mr. Arif Raza – Lecturer
Mr. Raza is a graduate in Occupational Therapy and has completed an MBA in Hospital and Healthcare management from the Institute of Health Management Research, Jaipur. He is also qualified in NABH accreditation programme and trained in JCI accreditation process. His previous accompaniments, with a number of hospitals have gained him the experience of management practices in the healthcare industry. He has large exposure as a management consultant for a number of renowned public, private and charitable hospitals of India. Throughout his career, Mr. Raza has been successfully involved in training and capacity building of healthcare managers for effective utilization of management principles and practices in the healthcare industry.
