Fleet Management - Fleet managers take care of the logistics of maintaining a fleet of aircraft so that companies that rely on aircraft transportation in their business can remove or minimize the risks associated with aircraft investment, improving efficiency and productivity
Ground Handling - to facilitate an aircraft flight or ground repositioning, preparation for, and upon conclusion of a flight, including customer service and ramp service functions.
Customer Service- support to customers regarding queries, problems, or concerns they have about travel and logistics. They may also assist with baggage reclaim, reservations, check-in processes, and ticketing mechanisms before a flight.
Crew Scheduling- crew schedulers are responsible for managing the day-to-day flight activities of crew members while also ensuring compliance with department standards
Safety and Security- A dedicated team of trained police forces ensures airport and aircraft safety. The security staff uses sniffer dogs to detect unclaimed objects around the airport.
In-Flight Service - Inflight services are those provided to or affecting aircraft in flight or otherwise operating on the airport surface.
Ticketing- The Ticketing Officer helps passengers plan their trips. They answer questions on travel arrangements, such as routes and time schedules.
Medical Tourism- Facilitates traveling outside the country of residence to receive medical care.

UDAN ('UdeDeshka Aam Naagrik') is a first-of-its-kind scheme globally to stimulate regional connectivity through a market-based mechanism under which 200 airports are under creation that will need qualified professionals. To fulfill the same, Union Budget 2023 has mentioned creating 50 additional airports, helipads, water airfields, and advanced landing groups to be received for improving regional air connectivity.
