Training in Clinical Research
In order to give hands-on training in Clinical Research, students will be placed in the prestigious pharma companies, Clinical Research Organisations, Site Management Organizations, Institutions and BA/BE units for four months at the end of 2 years. The students are required to submit a project report before the final exam.
Training at Cranfield University, U.K.
In order to have a global exposure, students can choose to complete their course at the Cranfield University, U.K They can complete their project work after paying the necessary additional fee approved by Cranfield University.
Postgraduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Management (PGDPM) is integrated along with M.Sc in Clinical Research program.
Why PGDCRM?
The objective of contemporary education is to ignite the curiosity of students, generate habits of rational thinking in them, gear their mind to face the unfamiliar and train them to be able to stand on their own in the business world. The PGDCRM course at ICRI is designed to provide strong functional skills and the ability to integrate and apply them in different management settings. It provides a broad foundation of management education and knowledge in diverse functional areas. It provides the requisite soft skills, so essential in managing the self and interpersonal aspects in the business environment. The management programmes offered by ICRI prepares students with knowledge and strategic perspectives essential to business leadership anywhere in the world.
Apart from delivering quality education, the faculty members at ICRI play a significant role in ensuring effective interactive teaching methodology. Presentations, field assignments, case studies and group discussions are some of the methods adopted for the delivery of course contents. Continuous and multi-criteria evaluation and feedback to students through examinations, viva-voce, personal interviews and presentations help students to assess their performance in a holistic manner. Mentoring of student groups by like-minded faculty is a continuous process at ICRI.
