• Dr. S. K. Gupta is Ph.D (AIIMS), DSc (Hon.), FIACS (Canada), FCW (U.K.) & FIPS. He was the Professor & Head, Department of Pharmacology, AIIMS, New Delhi, and has been the President of Indian Pharmacology Society, Emeritus Professor of ICMR, Chairman, Ethics Committee, Max Healthcare and Co-Chairman of the Rational Independent Ethics Committee.
• Dr. Gupta has also been Member of National Pharmacovigilance Committee and Member of the Governing Body of Indian System of Medicine (ISM), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. Various international bodies have conferred a large number of awards, fellowships and distinctions upon him.
• Dr. Gupta is on the editorial boards of several national and international Journals.
• He has edited several books and has published more than 300 papers in prestigious national and international Journals.
• Dr. Gupta has been awarded distinguished Services Award in Medicine and Surgery by the International Academy of Cardiovascular Sciences and is Fellow Indian Pharmacological Society and IACS (Canada).
• Dr. Gupta has been Visiting Professor at prestigious universities in USA, Canada, Japan, Germany and U.K.
