Clinical Research Faculty

Dr. Devesh Gupta - Principal
MBBS, MD (Pharmacology)
Dr. Devesh Gupta has done MBBS from University College of Medical Sciences & GTB Hospital, New Delhi and completed his MD in Pharmacology from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. He has ten years of experience in the field of Clinical Research and has worked in the pharmaceutical industry and academic institutes. He has conducted Phase III and IV clinical trials and has rich experience in regulatory affairs and teaching. He has many research papers to his credit. He has attended many national and international conferences and presented papers and posters. He is a recognized Cranfield University teacher and a life member of Indian Pharmacological Society and Drug Information Association.

Dr. Amit Kumar Verma - Assistant Professor
MD (Pharmacology)
Dr. Verma is an M.B.B.S from S. N. Medical College, Agra. He has completed his post-graduation in Pharmacology from M.L.N. Medical College, Allahabad. He has eight research papers in various national journals to his credit. He has four years of teaching experience in academic institutions and one year as a practicing physician. He is a Cranfield University recognized teacher and a lifetime member of the Indian Pharmacological Society.

Dr. Pawandeep Kaur - Assistant Professor
Dr. Pawandeep Kaur is MBBS, MD in Pharmacology. She has worked as Clinical Pharmacologist at super specialty Hospital (Escorts Heart Institute & Research Center) and Assistant Professor at academic institute. She has three research papers to her credit. She has presented papers and posters at national as well as international conferences. She is a member of American College of Clinical Pharmacology & National Medical Organization.

Mr. Mohammad Muzamil Jehanzieb - Assistant Professor
He has done his Bachelors in Zoology (HONS) and Masters in Zoology from Aligarh Muslim University. He has also completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Data Management (PCDCDM) from (ICRI) with distinction in the year 2006-2007. With more than four years work experience, he has worked as a lecturer in Degree College Pulwama, Kashmir and also worked as Data Manager in GVK Biosciences Private Ltd., one of the respected CROs in India for a year and half. More so he also worked with IBM Daksh and Convergys India Ltd. as Customer Care Officer. Presently, he is working as an Assistant Professor at ICRI, New Delhi.

 Dr. Saiqua Mahdi – Assistant Professor
Dr. Saiqua Mahdi has done MD in Pharmacology. She has five years of industry experience in the field of Clinical Research and has worked as Quality Assurance Manager and Head of Operations in various Clinical Research Organizations and Academic institutes. She has conducted Phase I - Phase IV clinical trials and is Six Sigma trained. She has many research papers to her credit. She has presented papers and posters in many national and international conferences. Presently, she is working as an Assistant Professor in Clinical Research at ICRI, New Delhi.

Dr. Parul Narang – Lecturer
Dr. Parul Narang has done her Bachelors in Dental Surgery (BDS) from D.A.V Dental College, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. She completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research (PGDCR) from ICRI with distinction. She has two years of clinical experience as a Dental surgeon and consultant. She is member of Dental Practitioner’s Forum of India.

Health Faculty

Dr. Manoj Kr Dhingra - Associate Professor Healthcare
Dr. Manoj Kr Dhingra graduated in Medicine (MBBS), from University College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and completed his post graduation (MD) in Community Health Administration from University of Delhi (National Institute of Health and Family Welfare). His research areas include Hospital Information systems, Quality Management of Health Care Institutions and application of Lean and Six Sigma in Hospitals. He is also currently the member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, USA and Life Member of the Academy of Hospital Administration, India and Indian Society of Hospital Waste Management, Indian Association for Medical Informatics and Indian Public Health Association. He is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Health Division of ICRI and has numerous publications and presentations to his credit.

Dr. Anoop Daga - Associate Professor
Dr. Anoop Daga completed his MBBS from Jhansi Medical College and MHA from AIIMS, New Delhi. He has been a senior resident in Department of Hospital Administration at AIIMS, New Delhi and was actively involved in teaching of Post Graduate students. He was associated with MDP of senior hospital and health administration of the country conducted by Department of Hospital Administration at AIIMS.

Mrs. Darshana Joshi - Assistant Professor (MT)
MTA, Advance Diploma (International Tourism), BSc
Mrs. Joshi is a Science Graduate who won a Gold medal during her Masters in Tourism Management. She has a total of 12 years experience and has worked as a Senior Lecturer with the College of Hospitality and Tourism, Rai Foundation, Gurgaon. Recently she was working with Kuoni Academy of Travel, New Delhi as Senior Faculty.

Mr. Sanjay Joshi - Assistant Professor (Medical Tourism)
A learned personality with an M.T.A (Tourism) & M.Phil (Tourism & Hospitality) having an exposure of Nine years in academics as well as in Tourism industry. He is also pursuing his PhD (Tourism). Being a subject expert in Travel & Tourism, he has special interest towards the up-coming field of Medical Tourism. He has worked as a JRF in a major research project funded by UGC. There are number of research papers to his credit. Some of his previous experiences are as an Asst. Lecturer in Govt. Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology run by Govt. of Uttarakhand. He was Lecturer in a prestigious institute of aviation academy in Dehradun. He has been a visiting faculty in various institutes including Dev Sanskriti University of Haridwar. As of now his position with ICRI is an Asst. Professor in Medical Tourism.

Ms. Sangeeta Singh - Assistant Professor
She has done B.A. Pol Science (Hons), PGDBM (Full time 2 years), LLB and Masters in Marketing Management. She has a working experience of fifteen years. She has worked in advertising agencies like BBDO and Mudra where she handled clients like Gillette and Mother Dairy. For past ten years she has been associated with institutes like YWCA, Symbiosis, Frankfinn and NIS-Sparta. She is member of Training and Development Institutes.

Mr. Girish Mundra - Assistant Professor
B.Com, MBA (Fin), SAP FI Consultant
He has a rich industry and teaching experience of 16 Years in fields like Export-Import, Audit, Financial Instruments, Manufacturing Unit, Mining Industry & Construction Industry. He is also experienced in handling projects from inception to operation & production. He is well versed with accounting procedures, analysis, cost-saving procedures in financing, contract formulation & export-import activities. He has taught subjects like Principles of Management, Finance and Economics in various colleges like BILANS.

Visiting Faculty

Ms. Suniti Kharbanda
Presently working as a visiting faculty for Marketing Management at following institutes: Masscomedia, Noida, International Institute of Mass Media, South Extension, International Polytechnic for Women, South Extension and Softdot, South Extension. She has conducted lectures on Human Resource Management for Graduate Management Trainees of Hotel Taj Mansingh, Delhi. She has also written text material for Marketing Management course (Tourism) for Indira Gandhi National Open University.

Dr. Prof. K. K. Sharma
Dr. Sharma is the Principal and Head of Department of Pharmacology, UCMS, Delhi and has been into the Clinical Research field for over 40 years. He has published more than 200 research articles and has authored several text books in Pharmacology and Clinical Research.

Dr. Prof. A Ray
Dr. Ray is a Senior Faculty from Patel Chest Institute of Delhi and has spent more than 30 years in teaching and research in medical colleges.

Mr. Manoj Sharma
He is working in Panacea Biotec and is pursuing his PhD in Pharmacovigilance under the supervision of Dr. S. K. Gupta.
